Millefiori Glass Enamel Earrings on Copper with Sodalite Faceted Beads and Sterling Ear Wires, Mixed Metal Jewelry
These enamel earrings were made by firing millefiori glass wafers on copper circles.
The process can be unpredictable and it often takes several attempts to get good results. Sterling wire holds the faceted sodalite beads and sterling silver is used for the handmade ear wires.
I made these earrings entirely by hand. They measure approximately 44.45 mm ( 1 3/4") from the top of the ear wire.
